Yogakshemasabha Aruvikkara Upasabha has conducted a one day family get together on 1st December, 2019 at Aruvikkara Upasabha Office. As an organization, we can do so many things together for the betterment of lifestyle and personality of members and the society. I got an opportunity to be part of the get together. The topic of my session was based on the need and necessity of holding the organization throughout the life.  

Although organizations recognize the importance of groups and their abilities to perform tasks together, the effectiveness of a group first begins with the individual and the formation of group togetherness.  The interaction between group members has a bearing on the exchange of information, the formation of coalitions, and the response to group leaders.
