Got an opportunity to interact with kids from NISH. Those with special needs have their own unique strengths and weaknesses. Some children may have recognizable disabilities while others may exhibit challenging behaviors that interrupt the daily routine. Interacting with special kids is found to be rewarding, challenging and very much a learning experience. I recognize individuals with disabilities as individuals with differences.
